What material do you use for your jewelry?
All of our jewelry pieces are made to be hypoallergenic, anti-tarnish and water proof.
We use 316L stainless steel as our base metal, a higher quality base metal, ensuring longevity and comfort.
The plating used is REAL 18k gold and 925 silver, for a true realistic look. Keep in mind that most jewelry in North America is either 10k or 14k gold, so ours will seem a bit richer/darker.
Although the jewelry will never tarnish or turn green, the gold plating can wear off over time.

Are any purchases final sale?
For hygienic/sanitary reasons, our earrings are none returnable.
All clearance items are final sale.

When will I get my order?
All orders are processed in 1-2 days from order date and shipped out.
Our standard shipping times are as follows:
- Canada (Domestic): 2-5 business days
- USA: 5-7 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- All other international countries: 7-14 business days
Note: These timelines are subject to change based on time of year (holidays) and due to service interruptions by the postals services. Any changes will be communicated on our site and on our Etsy Announcement section.
Where are your products made?
DEISGN: All of our pieces are meticulously designed in house by our talented team of jewelry designers, who take inspiration from trends and fashion around the world.
SUPPLIERS: Our materials are sourced from various suppliers around the world, we pride ourselves in the quality of our pieces. We spent a great portion of our business journey around sourcing materials that are durable, comfortable, luxurious and affordable.
MANUFACTURED: Majority of our designs are manufactured by contracted staff in Portugal and various parts of China/Korea. All pieces are finalized, polished and assembled in house in our Canadian offices.
SHIPPED: All orders are quality checked 3 times, packed and shipped from Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping:
- FREE for Canada, Europe and all international countries.
- Flat rate $10.00 for USA order.
Note: All duties and fees are included for our USA order, no additional costs will be incurred across the border.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
YES!
Although all items include a beautiful jewelry box and pouch, we offer additional wrapping, ribbon and things to make your special gift *sparkle* even more!
Contact us for the available options and cost for gift wrapping and note ($1.00 - $3.00 CAD). You can select directly on our Etsy and cost is automatically included.
Note: During some holidays and events, we offer complimentary gift wrapping, this will be indicated on our site and Etsy as an option to select.
