What is the return policy?
If you are less than satisfied with your order, you can return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Below are the requirements for return:
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Item(s) returned must be in all original packaging (tags, box and pouch)
- Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping label; you must purchase a label at your preferred carrier and share tracking information OR DeMANI can provide the label and will deduct the amount from refund amount.

EXCEPTION: Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes! We ship to all 50 US states.
Is my order impacted by the Tariff disruptions?
No.
All orders will be processed and shipped as usual.
USA Customers: You will not be charged any tariffs, duties or additional taxes or fees. The amount you pay at checkout is the complete amount, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Are any purchases final sale?
The following are non-returnable items:
- Earrings, due to hygienic reason.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale items.
- Any jewelry that has engraving.
- Gift wrapping charges.
Note: Your satisfaction is our main priority, if any item you receive is damaged or if you have any issues with the item, contact us for assistance.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 days.
Our standard shipping timelines are as followed:
- Canada: 2-5 business days
- USA: 5-7 business days
- Europe: 7-10 business days
- All other International counties: 7-15 business days
Expedited and Express shipping options are available - the cost and timelines will be displayed during checkout.
Note: Shipping delays, disruptions and changes may impact the timelines indicated above. Although out of our control, we do our best to communicate these changes in advance.
How does VAT and duties work for orders to Europe?
We do not collect VAT at checkout, you will be responsible for any customs/fees or additional taxes collected at customs.
Note: Any orders that are rejected is not sent back to us, and will be sent for disposal. Therefore we will not be processing refunds on those orders.
Where are your products manufactured?
- Designed: All of our pieces are designed in-house by our talented team of designers, who gather inspiration from travels and fashion trends around the world.
- Supplies: We carefully select suppliers who share the same standard for quality and integrity. We have partnered with multiple suppliers globally to get the highest quality materials to make the pieces you love look great and last a long time. Majority of our material is sourced from Portugal, China and Korea.
- Manufactured: We have team members in two main locations where our jewelry is manufactured, in Portugal and China. These team members bring our designs to life.
- Shipped: Every item is kept in our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, where we implement extensive quality checks. We package and ship out your items from Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping:
- FREE: Canada, Europe and all international counties.
- $10.00 flat rate: United Stated of America
Note: Additional $5.00 fee is added for each individual item shipped to the USA.
Express and Expedited shipping cost and timelines will be displayed at checkout.
How do discount codes work?
Simply enter the discount code provided to you, in the Discount section during checkout and click Apply.
- There is a limit of one (1) discount code that may be applied to each order. If an additional code is entered, our system will automatically apply the better deal and the initial discount code will be removed.
- Expiration for each discount code is communicated at the time they are sent to you and/or indicated in the terms and conditions section.
Note that discounts are not applied to shipping, gift wrapping or gift cards, unless otherwise specified.
Can I cancel my order?

Do your prices ever change?
DeMANI's core principle is to make luxury affortable for our customers. We do our best to keep our prices reasonable and fair without compromising quality and will continue to make this our mission.
Ever-changing factors such as global supply chain disruption, inflation, and cost fluctuation of raw materials such as gold and different metals may impact our prices from time to time. We continue to monitor production factors and do our absolute best to always give you high-quality products at accessible prices.
